Unless you're punjabi, stay away! I'm writing this as of 3AM on Oct 8th. My neighbors are blasting their music away so loud that they cant hear my other neighbors slamming on their door, or calling out to them from outside. I called the "emergency" after hours phone number and there is no live person, just a pager. That obviously doesn't work since my other neighbors called that number a while ago. I've noticed the music for 3 hours and calling the police maybe the only other option.

Other than the noise thats pissing us off now, this place really is bad. Bad smells and Punjabi's everywhere! 98% are middle easter type people. Their kids are horrible...ride bikes all over the parking lot without looking. One day they'll get hit.

The buildings smell like curry at times, or play-doh. Thats right. Management doesn't really care about your concerns. The lights for outside are always out of order and they don't fix it until you complain several times. Stay away! Do not sign a long term lease. Oh yeah, if you have tmobile and you're located in the corner units deep inside the complex, forget about the cell phone working and forget about having options for high speed internet. I'm thinking about buying out my lease...its so bad.

Before i forget, they also need to come check your unit 5 times per month and they can't tell you which specific days or hour windows they'll come.
