Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007
We have live in this apartment for 8 years
and before that a different unit for 4 years.
When it was Colony Woods, it wasn't bad for
an old apartment complex built in the 60's.
A new owner just come in December, they not
only raised our rent $200 a month (they gave
us one month notice) which was not enough time to find a new place, but they also
(i just found out) are charging for trash
disposal, sewer and water along with electricity!!!! It is not worth the money
we plan to move after our lease is up. Also
there are black mushrooms growing in the lawn and after the big wind strom they still have not completed the neighboring units after tree damage.
