No automatic rent payment system and u end up with fines - greedy management

U pay rent manually by cheque, or pay fine if u forget. They dont have an automatic system setup for paying rent where u can advise them to automatically charge ur credit/debit cards every month till the lease is there. If u forget by any chance due to ur hectic schedules at work or personal problems, they wont even remind u atleast a day in advance about rent. They will charge $75 for late payment. That is not a friendly way of living! :-(
