Apartments are very old, and, very, very, very, very noisy!!!!!!! The floor squeaks so badly that you can hardly stand it. All the time you can hear how your neighbors are spending their time. You can hear them being in the bathroom, and believe me they can hear you, too.
Children do not prefer to play outside; they rather like to spend time playing (running, yelling, crying, and ridding the bicycles) in the hall. So, if you work or study it is almost impossible to concentrate. Also, if you park your car in front of the building, you can be sure that some days your car is going to be damaged by little kids.
The kitchen cabinets are very old and dirty, when you moved you have to take out somebody's garbage. Do not believe when you look at the model, it is just an illusion.
