I do not understand why the staff have to be so rude. It seems like the staff is doing residents a favor to serve them. I read here many many of my fellow residents having the same experience and complaining of this staff rudeness. So why aren't the owners or their managers doing anything to improve with hiring better staff and firing these bozos.I think this lease will be my last one. when it ends i am out of here. I for one do not recommend anyone to do any favors for the bozos who work here by living here or signing their lease.
