This is one of the worst apartment, located at a good location. The management keeps on changing the policy every few months. Now the latest change is 2 months rent on lease breakage. If you inform after 11th of the month, then you have to pay one month extra. That would make it 3 month rent in case you had to break any lease. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENEW YOUR LEASE.

I live here now actually and the lease specifically says that the lease break fee is 1 months rent plus 100 dollars for the admin fee. Plus the 11th thing is a washington state law...
