This place sucks BIG time....Dont go by the model home and sweet talking from the office bearers...they wants you in and will show you their tru colors once you sign on the dotted line :). Yopu'll notice the actual units are worse and badly maintained, utility bills and inflated and a ripoff. When i vacated they charged me for everything possible and their corporate office called and were extremely rude and non ethical in their final settlement and behaviour. Consider this place if you want to be abused and ripped. These guys are also racist in not caring much for your complains or issues and the manager would respond to all bad reviews asking you to leave their community......Thay are a Joke!! Deserve minus stars for everything if that was allowed in the rating.

I wish I saw this review before moving in here, I am now facing the same haunted experience and will face it for the next 11 months. This place sucks!!!
