First do not expect to get your deposit back from these people. Management and maintenance changes constantly due to the fact that the owners are a tad bit shady and pretty cheap, they are always looking for the quick fix instead of fixing the problem for real. The nieghborhood is nice though and especially good for kids, too bad mangement doesn't like kids. Not only do cars get broken into but apartments as well. These people think these are luxury apartments when they are really kind of dumps. They don't do year long leases to avoid section 8.

Every word of this review is true except the part about being safe for kids. Not safe when cars get broken into and homeless people shortcut through here all night go go to 7-11 and get beer. The owner is just out for the maximum extraction of money from you, beware.
