i've enjoyed living here so far (since 7/03). management has been sensitive to problems of heat (they provided an air conditioner), noise, and accessibility. i've been impressed at how willing they've been to make my residency work. i've met my neighbors and like them.

there are some excellent benefits to living here, including the green belt and the duck pond. the frogs are great! covered parking included in the rent is another plus.

in fact, having the water/sewer/garbage covered in the rent is a huge plus, as those can put big holes in a budget.

for the location, the price, and the environment, this is a good place to be.

Uhmmm, I'm not a resident here, I'm in fact looking for an apartment right now, but I notice that all of the positive reviews are so THRILLED that they cover water sewer garbage... I'm at a loss to find an apartment complex that dosen't. In addition, there's another review that blows their horn about being walking distance to crossroads, which is true, kinda. It's about 3/4 of a mile from this property, and it's all uphill. These reviews are really obviously written by management. That's just unethical.
