Overpriced garbage apartments without laundry in the buildings. Do you like negotiating for a used car' Because you could get screwed on your rent if you aren't carefull. Your neighbors are probably paying much less than you for the same apartment! I have heard that there are rats here... and its true! The owners are the rats. They stole my deposit. If you live here... take picture as you move in, and learn the renters laws. These people will cheat you. Be warned

True, they will raise the rent, take your deposit, ignore your complaints about problems, and just be money grubbing to the max. Be afraid.
