We have enjoyed living at Pinewood for over 3 years. Our apt on the 3rd floor is an end unit overlooking the pool and pond. The unit has a W/D and water/sewer/garbage is included in the rent-a big plus! The complex grounds are quiet and serene with great management. They have been all-around terrific to work with. The apts are conveniently located across the street from the Lake Hills greenbelt 2.5 mile trail system and Larsen Lake. Also within walking distant to Crossroads shopping mall. We are only moving because we bought a house next to a park.

The water is no longer included and costs extra. It is across the street from the 24 hour beer selling 7-11 so lots of noise from drinkers. Maybe it is quiet on the third floor but if you are on the ground floor it is awful. Painters taped plastic over our windows for a week in hot summer, but they don't allow air conditioners. Overall an awful place and over priced.

I dont understand This person regarding your response. Your putting down an apartment because its next to a 7-11?? You have got to be serious! Is this person that bored or that anti-human? Anyway, I lived in this complex for 3 years and not once did i have any problems. Maybe if your not the problem then you wont be the problem.
