This is a relatively quiet place, apartments are roomy, we have a top floor looking over he pool. I like the place, except that in the summer people at the pool are very noisy until late at night.

Another thing that upsets me is that recently the management increased the rent with almost $100.- a month, and changed the rental agreement: until now water was included in the rent, from now on i have to pay water on top of the new rent.

I lived here for over 18 months and i have seen 3 managers coming and going already - not a good sign. They change the rules and the way they do things.

Kudos to the maintenance guy, Gonzalo, he is very helpful and nice.

All in all, if you consider moving here get something as far away from the pool as you can, and expect substantial rent increases.

Yes to be fair, the one good thing about this money pit is Kudos to the maintenance guy, Gonzalo, he is very helpful and nice. If only the owner wasn't such a greedy weasel. Oh well, live by a busy noisy street of 148th and put up with homeless people drinking in the parking lot with no security patrol that was promised, and yes your car gets vandalized.
