I lived there for 3.5 yrs and loved it. It was very nice for the most part but they are on their 4th manager in 1.5 years and she is a terrible person. Very disrespectful--she rolled her eyes at me when she disagreed with what a resident was saying--and I did not know her then at all. I caught her in several lies. My understanding is that it is privately owned. I think it is a nice place but the current manager-Liz-is horrible and they cannot seem to keep a manager. I would not recommend it because of this.

They will tell you anything to B.S. you but later they bring out the longest lease agreement you've ever seen and they quote little parts of it that say you lose and they win -- your money. Total scam.
