Every single one of these positive reviews was written by the manager or owners. Be very careful when dealing with management here. For example, take a video camera with you when doing the initial walk-through and document every little thing even seemingly insignificant aspects. I truly believe that the owners and management are genuinely bad people.

Actually, that's not always the case. I was there recently (under the same management and ownership) and when I moved was not expecting a refund of my deposit. Within 3 weeks, I received a check for almost the entire refundable deposit. Elisabeth, the manager, tries very hard to be as fair and accommodating as she can be. Be a good tenant and it will be responded to in kind.

Your response is fundamentaly flawed in its logic. First, what is not the case? People should not be careful when dealing with the management or they should not document their initial inspection? Further, I never mentioned who the manager was so how can you be sure that it was the same person? It is painfully obvious that this "response" was written by the manager or owner. Moreover, your rebuttal just serves to illustrate the incompetence of the managemet, lack of ethic's within the organization, and the length that the owners will go to to try and cover up their flaws. While the "Golden Rule" of being good to others would usually serve you well, in this case it is more important to cover your @$$!

They say they have a fully functional pool and spa..not true. the hot tub has not worked since Ive lived there.

Beware is right. I agree. I lived here and was lied to repeatedly. It isn't the manager's fault. She is nice but the owner is a criminal. The company is so nice when you move in, then later they act like lawyers who are suing you. If anyone moves in here they can't complain because they have been warned. Good luck, you'll need it.

What I dont understand is why did it take this person 4 years after they moved out befor they wrote this nasty review. I have lived here for a few months now and have not had any problems with any of the people working in the office. And when something needs fixing the Maintenance is right there. I would seriously question the ethics of a person that waited 4 years to write bad review...whats their resoning.
