I've been living here 3.5 years and I agree completely with the negative reviews. When I moved in the management was great then one day she was just gone. Now I'm very unhappy with the current management. They just jacked my rent $200 and we're planning to move. The only postive is the view, a greenbelt out my window with a stream and pond. But, the apartment is old and falling apart. My car was stolen earlier this year. The book keeper called us on my cell phone while we were camping in Montana to tell me that my rent check was short $20 and if I didn't pay the difference by the end of the day then they would charge me a $30 late fee! First, I've never been late with my rent, and second, the manager know that it would be $20 as my step son moved out so $20 for water... Gonzalo is great, he should find a better place to work. You can do a lot better for your money, that is what we are planning on doing
