We moved in here in Dec 2007 and have had nothing but one problem after another. The Dishwasher is older than me, the washer and dryer are the worse I've ever used. It's faster to hang up your clothes then use the sad little dryer that hardly works. We apparently had a hole in our bathroom wall. They came in and fixed it and it took a week and a half, all the while I had no bathtub. They replaced our water heater cause they thought it was leaking, we had a large water heater then got a crappy 20gal heater that never put out heat. Turned out it wasn't the heater... it was the washer had a leak. So we are paying 40 for water and they took our Good water heater and gave us a ------ heater. Next is the stove, it was beyond bad, The oven never cooked right, it was always 50 to 100 degrees off.
We have decided to break our lease and move out a month early. This is because we got a month free at our new place and it's only $200 more for 3 bedroom and we are in a crappy 1Bedroom now. We expect to get hell from them. But it's so worth it to get out of here.

We had the exact same problem with the oven, too! Never did work right. I called them to come fix it and they never did!
