Beware befor you move into this place. Thankfully I only signed a short lease!!!!! But not only did my car get broken into, but so did 2 other people next to the building I lived in. BUT thats not the worst of it....my apartment had bed bugs! I had to throw away half my things when I moved so that I wouldnt take these buggers to my new apartment. So make sure your apartment is clean of any bugs befor you move in. Or you will be sorry later.

Elizabeth is nice as long as your on her good side. Get on her bad side and you will pay.

Sure she's "nice", but how about when you ask for solutions to all the problems that pop up after you sign their contract, which is full of twists. While living there, I could not say other tenants were actually happy living there, they are just conformed but not happy, and you can feel that vibe. But it's because the place is disfunctional. Everything is nice and pretty before you sign the contract, if you fall for it like I did, sure they still treat you very nice and remember your name, but it's more because they are keeping a close eye on you, not because of joyous bliss and love.

I think your just bitter for other reasons. Ive never had any bad experiance with Elizabeth, shes really sweet and always had some candy for my kids when I would stop by to just say Hello. But I guess if your LOOKING for a problem you will find a problem in ANYTHING.
