What a hell hole....Problem, after problem, after problem

The best thing about this apartment besides the location: the maintence.
There is vanalism in the hallways, garages and gym. The noise is VERY loud. You can hear your neighbors watching the news, and just talking. Any noise in the hall can be heard inside your apartment.
I don't think management has completed 8th grade' Do you need an IQ higher than 5 to be an apartment manager' They give you one headache after another. Did you pay your rent' Are you sure' Can you pay it again, we lost your check....twice.
Do NOT Live here.
