You could never ask for better rates, more friendly staff who really cares about the residents needs and will take care of your home!

These people remind me of the authors on amazon.com that rate their own books. Regardless, the staff members writing these 4.0 and 5.0 reviews are long gone due to the excessive office turnover. Have you noticed how general their comments are. Ask yourself who else would bother to come here and write a 1-sentence generalized plug. PBC sucks, its that simple. You have been warned.
