If you're considering leasing at this apartment, think again. There are other places in Bellevue that would give you a much better experience.
The lease staff here does not care about it's residents and do not help you in any way. (Do not be fooled by their pleasant nature BEFORE you sign the lease.) There is so much turn over in leasing staff, it's ridiculous. (A high turn over rate shows how dissatified employees are!) Not only is there a high turn over rate in staff, but there seems to be people moving in/out every month causing the elevators to be almost inaccessible during the last and first weeks of each month. Noise levels are very high throughout the complex and there have been thefts and vandalism, in what is supposedly a secure parking area and controlled entry.
To best convey my feelings about Pinnacle Bellcentre, let me say that I am breaking my lease and paying the fees to get out of this complex. LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
