I was told this was a quiet apartment filled with friendly professional couples. BIG LIE!! A motorcycle was stolen, along with a big screen tv (from the common room), portable stereo, and numerous other items. The management doesn't care who lives here as long as they can pay, so they end up with lousy, criminal residents and a stream of complaints from the normal ones.

The walls ARE paper thin. Every time a neighbor flushes their toilet, you can hear it. Noise from the outside is also a major problem. The management is friendly and will listen, but the people you speak with are generally incapable of solving any problems. The building was slapped together with cheap wood and built in a hurry. And rent is really high due to the location. Can't wait to leave, but I'm stuck here for now.
