Please, please choose some place else with a better management office. They will, I mean, they will for sure, charge you for everything and anything they can come up with. For example, you drop your rent check in the morning of the 31st of a month. The management office may send you a notice that you owe them $5 more saying they did not receive it on the 31st and only received it on the 1st of the following month, just so that it suits their accounting system. Even if you tell them that you dropped the check on the 31st, they will tell you, "you do not have a proof that you actually dropped it on the 31st".
They will carge you for things that are NOT explicitly stated on the contract. For you and for God's sake, be smart, and look for other apt in Bellevue. I do not hope to see more victims of this "superficailly friendly" management office of Pinnacle Belcentre. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
