i've had a great experience with Pinnacle Bell Centre, including their kind and courteous staff. The parking is a problem, but if you don't mind paying an extra $50 a month, they will give you another spot, that is unaccessable to non-residents. I have a wonderful view, and it is quiet, and no problems with people.
