I can only assume that the many negative ratings I see here for the Pinnacle BellCentre are because of the self-selective nature of this type of forum. The people who really hate a place for one reason or another let you know. The people who like a place often don't bother to take the time to respond.

I put myself squarely in the camp of those who enjoyed their stay. The place has excellent well kept facilities (I was the first one to occupy my unit). It has convenient on site excercise facilities and I had a killer view of Mt. Ranier. The rootop space on top of the A-complex is really nice.

If I liked the place so much then why did I move out' At the time I was making my decision to renew my lease, I thought my unit was overpriced. Management would not budge on price. I wanted to build up equity in a place rather than paying a lot on rent. I found out later that within a few months they had significantly lowered their rates. I was annoyed because if they had given me anywhere such a deal I would have decided to stay.
