I have lived here since 2002. It is a new place in a very centric location in downtown belleve. I especially like having the Bellevue Galleria cinemas just across the street. The rent tends to be on the expensive side, but their maintanance service is impressive- simply place a service request on their website and there is a quick turn-around.
