Loss of sleep

If you live on the north side, there is a daycare outside and the girls constantly scream as loud as they can, starting early in the morning.

The office building across is adding several stories so the hammering and construction noise will also wake you early.

The walls are very thin and you can also hear your neighbors watch TV.

In the summer it feels like being in an oven, and you can't open the windows at night or the outside noise will wake you extra early.
