The apartment community itself is very nice-a little noisy but that's what you get when you live downtown Bellevue.

However, I highly recommend that you do not move into this community.
The management staff is not friendly AT ALL and they do not disclose move out fees upfront and then expect you to pay them at move out!! I even got my lawyer involved but they just kept fighting and I did not want them to mess up my credit (which they threatened they would through a collection if I didn't pay) so I ended up paying.
But don't make the same mistake I did.
