Disadvantages - horrible horrible staff to deal with.
Whenever I see such reviews, I think the reviewer is not responsible and hence he has problems with his landlords. but alas! its true that Pinnacle Bell Centre is known for it unfriendly staff.
I think their employee training first and foremost rule is-
"Be your bitchiest best. Use no logic whatsoever."
ex:
Move out rules -
If your lease expires at the end of this month, they send you a letter saying you need to give notice before 20 days to renew the lease/leave the apt. Otherwise it will go month - month. However the letter has no mention that there is a special rule for "Parking spots"- if you want to give up your parking spot you have to give a 30 day notice. If not you will pay the extra amount - whether you use it or not. AND when do they tell you this - Not until you call and specifically ASK about the parking spot.
I am waiting for the pains they would try to cause me get when I vacate the apartment.
Unfortunately the property itself is well-maintained. BRE management (that has a huge number of properties along with Pinnacle) is prompt to respond to maintenance issues.
And ofcourse this is one of the newest apartment complexes (which is why we rented it out in the first place) in the area.
