I lived in a studio on the top floor for several years and would have stayed but I have to transfer out of state for my job. I did not see any of the suff going on there as people are stating. My neighbors were great, the noise was not unbearable, parking could be a little difficult but there was always reserved if I wanted it and the staff was always a pleasure. I would recomend this place to anybody. If I ever move back to the east side I would rent there again.

I see staff is here doing their helpless 'anonymous' damage control. Sorry, but PBC is the arm-pit of Bellevue. Always has been, always will be...until the damn thing is torn down and turned into something more useful, like a sewage treatment plant. It would stink less |
