For those with little discretion about where they live, it might be ok. And there are those who live a lot of noise, dysfunction and confusion - and it would be great for them. When I lived there several years ago there were many loud parties that the management rarely did anything about. There was also a car fire in the garage which is underneath the apartments. Not to mention the crane that fell on the building and killed the guy. we rarely heard from anyone in the front office. In fact, trying to find someone in the office even during regular hours was not easy. It's not exacatly a nice place to live. Maybe you wouldn't have any complaints if you would have been responsible and not lost you keys in the first place!

I am the Manager at Pinnacle BellCentre. These postings are all from current reisdents at our community who have had an excellent experience living here. I can't help it if our residents love it here! We love them too!

Do either of these comments have anything to do with this review? - This review is spot on. The management does VERY little for the residents. If you have a noise complaint, according to the office, you need to call the police. They say it isn't their responsibility. THis place is truly for those who have little discretion about where they live.

I have had problems too at the pinnacle bellcentre. The noise is terrible, I agree, we reported it several times and they did nothing. As for the management office, they are very, very nice, in front of you, smile, but when you turn your back, they talk ---- about you. They are backstabbers in disguise. We noticed it a couple of times, because one of the member of our family is "different" and they have laughed at them. We saw it in the mirror, turning our back. Even though, in front of you they will be the nicest, sweetest persons. It's too expensive for such a horrible place like Bellevue. We are here for work, of course, otherwise we would move back to the state where we come from. We already hated seattle, pinnacle bellcentre made us hate it even more.
