No AC is brutal in the summer, especially on the 4th floor, floor to ceiling windows....it would just roast in the summer. Also, not great ventalation, I could smell garlic from the melting pot on hot days....also, the lack of elevators is infuriating. You will frequently have to wait a long time, as there are just not enough elevators for residents there, forget about it when someone is moving....oh, and 1 day late and you have to pay $100, and it has to be a cashiers check, despite what they tell you as you sign the lease...

Great location, walkable to Belle Square, food, etc...OK if you don't spend time at home...

I lost a lot of weight taking the stairs from the lower garage to the 4th floor. No matter how slow you take the stairs, you'll always beat the elevator. And you can always smell all kinds of nasty things here. Especially the 'Honey Bucket' stink from the nearby construction. And that thing with the crazy fees for being late is very irritating. Especially when the women of the office get a vendetta against you and claim rent is late when it isn't.
