Yeah, Pinnacle is bad news. No good reasons to live there. I lived there in 2006 on the top floor, thinking I could avoid noise overhead. It was unbearably HOT there beginning in May and lasting until September. I remember the Manager even had to go buy an air conditioner to live there. The building really is poorly constructed. There is no ventilation, and mold was a real problem in the winter because of that.

Yeah, the heat is unbearable! Make sure you aren't on the top floor and that your windows don't face West. Ditto on the mold.
