If you don't care much about where you live, this might be the place for you. And if you like large rent increases after your first 6 months lease is up, and when you go to the management office, no one is ever there' They are too busy trying to get the units rented, but once you are in there you not worth a minute of their time. If you don't care about stuff like that, this place might work for you. If you don't care about noise - at almost all hours - then this is the place for you. There was always something going on there and I don't mean in a good way. I live in an apartment now - and the Management constantly amazes me with their personable approach to their tenants. Yeah, noise at that place is awful. Notice how there is construction going on around that place on all four sides? Sometimes the construction even takes place in the middle of the night. So what if it is two blocks away, heavy machinery and drills are loud, especially at 4am. Not to mention the PSE daycare with the screaming children starting at 8am every day. There are so many better places! As said above, don't be taken in by this place, look around. ANYWHERE is better.
