I just moved out after living there for a year. I think the apartments are worth the price. There is little noise, the hallways are kept very clean, the garage is cleaned regularly and I never had a maintenance request the entire year. When we had a small leak from the garage ceiling onto our car the Manager took care of the problem right away. I was very impressed. Additionally, the apartments have tons of closet space and large kitchens with large balconies. I have priced almost every downtown building and this one is the best and one of the least expensive too!
When I moved out I received most of my deposit back promptly.

Anyone else get the feeling that this was posted by the management? I mean, that line about this place being "one of the least expensive" is an obvious lie to anyone who does 5 minutes of research.
