I've lived here for 3 years and love most everything about this complex. I have a perfect studio with a back door to a courtyard. Everyone is very friendly and, being an animal lover, love the fact that it's a pet friendly place. The staff is very friendly and always greet me by name. The fact that they have a routine cleaning staff to maintain the hallways is very welcoming. When I've had a maintenance issue, I get a call back immediately and the issue resolved the next day. I also love the fact that it is a smoke free environment...If you want to live in Downtown Bellevue...live here. PS...I never hear my neighbors...no parties or thin walls.

I don't know what part of the complex you live in, but I have a lot of problems with loud parties. I'll agree to them being pet friendly though. No matter how much your dog barks and bothers the neighbors, they will never do anything about it!

This review seems fake, and sounds like an advertisement. "perfect studio" ... "pet-friendly" ... staff "greets me by name" ... hallways are "welcoming" ... maintenance "responds immediately" ... it's a "smoke free" environment ... "never hear the neighbors" ... "no parties" ... Really? No parties? Huh, what a bunch of non-celebratory people must live there. Come on guys, give the reader some credit and at least change the language from the brochure. It's a little too convenient the way that this review manages to touch on each one of the "Community Features". Also, anyone notice that this "person" lived there for "3 years" but only lived there from 2009 - 2009?
