Be prepared to pay an extra $100 a month in parking, or to not have a car.

If you don't like the sound of multiple dogs HOWLING ALL DAY AND NIGHT, then I hope you're prepared to deal with Animal Protection services, because the office insists that it's not their problem.

When the power goes out, be prepared to take care of it yourself, because it's a 'city issue' not an apartment issue, according to the office here.

The people here aren't that great, and are very untrustworthy. There are screaming matches nightly, and people will steal your mail, your packages, your keys... anything you give them the opportunity to.

In the wintertime, it snowed several feet here and there was no shoveling or de-icing of the walkways. The neighborhood is very safe (so safe that you should be prepared to be hassled by the police if you aren't driving a Lexus and wearing a $1000 suit), but the complex is not. We were threatened by some drunk frat-types hanging out by the entrance who I guess just wanted to hassle someone. But again, that isn't an apartment matter according to the office.

Make sure that the astronomical rent for this sub par place falls well within your budget, because they will find a way to tack on a bunch of extra fees. You'll need very deep pockets indeed if one of those trashy whores in the office takes a dislike to you. You turned your rent in on time right-- Not according to them. Extra fee time! You may be one of those to receive a 'second notice' to pay some extraneous fee when you haven't even received a first notice. Try to complain; they'll keep insisting that they are really nice, fair people, and that you are just irresponsible.

Our first few experiences here weren't so bad, but then we got to dealing with the horrid females in the office. I don't want to give the impression that all of them are bad people. Some of them are quite helpful and just doing what the retarded management has asked of them.

Should you live here-- Well, if you're the sort that enjoys loud barking dogs, loud screaming neighbors, and you don't have a car, don't plan on going outside when it's icy, and don't ever anticipate the need to speak to anyone in the office, you might actually enjoy it here. We certainly thought it was a beautiful, pleasant place to live until we needed something. But it seemed that as soon as we had a concern and presented it to them, there was a vendetta against us.

Wow too...you are so wrong...some dogs...but I love dogs...and hey...if you don't pay your rent on time...DUH...perhaps you should not be here...

Wow.... Maybe I just lucked out with the complex I live in there because I have never heard a dog barking, never heard any screaming matches. My neighbors and I get lots of packages delivered and I have seen them sit there for days without someone taking them. I also pay my rent online -- directly from my debit accout so never have to worry about it being late. All the folks in the office have been very nice and quickly respond to any request I have made.

you two, who wrote the responses must be from the management. This is not the first review with complaint about the noise and that people in the office are not helpful. You better work on this guys.I thought this is a nice place to live, but I am not going to move there. Thank you sotired686868
