I lived at BellCentre from 2003-2004 then I came back in 2005-2006. Both times I really enjoyed living there. It was close enough to the freeway that I had no problems commuting and I loved walking to resturants and shops. I even walked to the mall to do my Christmas shopping.
We paid for parking so we always had a space and our friends knew that we lived in a downtown location so parking might be rough.
As for management we never really talked to the office so that was not a problem for us. The one work order that we had was pretty severe with a leak behind the washer then another in the master bathroom. They were taken care of quickly and when we moved out we were not charged for some cleaning issues that were related to the leak.
I personally would not have moved, but we purchased a home and our needs changed. The location was great and the apartment was nice. No home is perfect.
