This place is the worst place I have ever lived, I have been there for an entire year and the staff running the place (the ladies in the leasing office) are unprofessional and do a lot of illegal things, They hold peoples rent and then claim that it came in late and charge you a 75$ late fee and another 5$ fee per day and wont tell you for several days saying that you didn't pay enough!
The have been extremely rude to us, they have been completely unwilling to take care of any issues with the apartment. The apartment complex itself is horrible, if you are in a courtyard unit, you get to hear all your neighbors as if they were screaming into your windows from right outside, you get to smell everything your neighbors are cooking (or burning).
Small dogs are allowed and so people that get them, leave them home all day with the windows open, so if you are home during the day, you get to hear constant barking! if you are on the north side of the building then you are really in for a treat, besides the construction of the new puget sound energy building, you get a day care along the whole north side of the apartment complex, so from 8am to 6pm you get to hear children screaming at the top of their lungs all day, this also carries into the courtyard apartments. This place is over priced and isn't worth HALF the money they charge! DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU!

I live in the courtyard area and yes when I'm home during the day the daycare screaming is evident but...hay their kids...shouldn't be screaming but that's more of an issue for the daycare...the dog barking is only previlent for a while in the morning...other than that it's NOT an issue...animal lovers take very good care of their animals in this building..I've unfortunately been late with my rent maybe 2 times in three years...and still to date the office staff is more than friendly and willing to work with me according to my pay date. I'm sorry your experience here has been SOOO bad but honestly...I've lived in many places and I find Pinnacle Belle Centre to be a very great place to live.

I live here, and the daycare is RIGHT outside of my window. Yes, it is annoying, but I deal with it. It's not that big of a problem, and it's probably something I should have noticed anyway. As for your rent being late, why not just do it online?
