The majority of these posts confuse me because they're so shockingly negative. I've been here four months and haven't had any problems. I think a lot of people's problems with Pinnacle can be chalked up to what can't be controlled: the people you live with. I dislike it too, but if some late night noise, early morning construction, and some screaming kids ruins your day, I recommend not living in a fast-growing metropolitan area (which Bellevue definitely is!).
It really is a two-sided coin: You can live in downtown Belleve and be within walking distance of EVERYTHING, but put up with the high prices and noise/construction, or you can choose to live farther away where it's cheaper and quietier, but then your commute is an hour each way as you slog through 405. Some of the complaints, people should have been aware of when they moved in: Construction? You didn't see the crane when you moved in???
I guess I am lucky I don't have loud neighbors, but I was surprised by the daycare right out side my apt. but I work during the day so it's not that big of a deal.
As far as the staff, they have been great to me. I guess you get what you you give.
