There is new management now but the old ones did try to get me to pay double rent. I heard that they have done this to other people. They have sump pumps so that they don't flood anymore. It is cheep but the place is moldy. The highschool wakes me up all of the time. Mostly base ball practice. The batting cages are noisy. Sometimes it is cheerleaders. The "gang" activity sometimes spills off school ground into the Ports parking lot. Apperently the highschool wont expell them if they fight off school grounds. This has lead to some busted up cars in the parking lot.

The appartments are small not really worth it.

I heard some bad things about the old management too, but that is why they are the OLD managers. The people ripping people off were obviously fired! The school can be noisy at times but I just go inside and then I don't hear anything. I have never seen any "gang" activity here at all. I have seen some kids skipping school and hanging out in crowds, smoking. This is not gang activity. The apartments are not small at all! They are very spacious. My apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and it is almost 1000 sq ft. This guy does not know what he is talking about!
