The Port Apartments has all the potential ingredients for a real ----------cheap rents, older buildings, a large non-English speaking population, location next to a high school, etc. It was the cheap rents that drew me in and I was pleasantly surprised with everything else. I will give the management credit; they do an excellent job (good management is usually hard to find at low rent complexes). There are regular police patrols through the parking lot, so I imagine crime does exist, but I was never affected personally. There are always plenty of parking. It's really mostly families with lots of children running around. Anyway, you're probably looking at the Port Apartments because it's in Bellevue and it has cheap rents. If that's your main goal then you'll do okay here.
