Decent but they have just jacked up the rent 16% from last year rent on my 1 bedroom apartment. Their airflow hood over your stove does not circulate outside. Thus all your cooking smell will stay in your apartment for days especially during winter month where you want to keep the house warm. Also, due to their large glass window that expand the whole wall, you have to turn on the heater constantly because of poor insulation. Other than that, the apartmetn people are nice. By the way, you will loose all your deposit when move out no matter what. They will say otherwise.

For me, the over-the-head fan works great. I am fussy about odars and am surprised it works good! I am a messy cook!
