Great Place to Live but almost no refund on rent deposit

I have lived at this place for 6 months. When I moved out since I was going back to my home country for a 3 month holiday, out of the $200 deposit that I had paid, I only got back $17. There were no damages to the apartment and I had personally vaccuumed and cleaned the apartment when I moved out. Other than this, the place and the management are extremely helpful and the place is very quiet and peaceful.
