I have lived in and around Bellevue for the past eight years and have lived in various apartments as well and for the money these apartments seem a little high. But then Bellevue is expensive to live in anyway so this should not surprise anyone. Over all there is a warm feeling of friendliness among the tenants and the staff. I have had a garbage disposal emergency and they responded within a couple hours. I mentioned I didn't have a piece of furniture for my TV to sit on and the maintenance team said they would bring over one that a previous tenant left behind in another apartment.

As long as you yourself are not overly paranoid and reclusive of those who might not speak English you will find that the other tenants are very friendly. There is a large hispanic population here but thats okay. The vast majority of them are hard working, friendly people.
