Landlord neglects tenants living in the back building

The tenants that lives in the C building get no attention from the manager. The common areas are not maintained and the light fixtures are surrounded by cubwebs.

The apartment is always cold. Since there's no policy laid out for tenants that has dogs they have created a dump spot on the landscaping in front of the C building. The place smiles like an unkept dog house.

When I moved in to my apartment the oven and refrigerator was filty, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the apartment smelled of cat piss.

The refrigerator is old and the locks on the doors are not safe especially for single people. The front of the building is kept clean to attract tenants but come in the back and you will encounter a completely different view.

The landlord is completely ignoring his duties to the tenants - keep common areas clean, safe and provide ample lighting.

I interrupted someone as he was trying to break into my car and it is all because the area is very dark at night.

I would suggest that if you are willing to pay $800 a month then find a place where you will enjoy coming home and relaxing after a long day. Your visitors will not have to smell the aroma of dog pooh when they come to visit.
