This apartment complex looks good at the front but the building in the back (C building)is not kept clean at all. There is no curb appeal in the back.

The stairwells are never cleaned. There's cubwebs all over the light fixtures and within the stairwell. The up keep of the area is at zero.

The walls are not soundproof and the installations is terrible. You can hear your neighbours conversations. You hear the water from their showers and toilet as it runs down inside of your livingroom walls. The stairwells are constructed bad and you can hear the thumping of the tenants feet as they go up and down the stairs all hours of the night.

The fireplace does not heat up the apartment and you can find yourself spending all your money on fire wood.

There's no pet policy and the tenants are allowed to bring their dogs to relieve themselves on the landscaping in front of your bedrooms.



There is no sense of community. The new manager walks and looks you straight in the eyes and won't even say hello.

There is poor lighting in the back and the locks on the doors and not secure enough. We were told that they would change the locks months and months ago.

I would not recommend anyone pay $800 to live in this place. You will be living in a building that is surrounded by the smell of an unkept dog house.

You can't even enjoy your balcony because some of the tenants sweep and even water their plants on the balcony and it falls right on your table, chair and even you while you are sitting trying to get some fresh air.
