We lived here for two years. This first year was great. The managers, Jim and Sondra, despite their flaws (I'm not without mine) had genuine concern for their tenants. Now we have moved into a new era with the new management, you will be made to be sorry.

They are the worst choice of management the owner could have made. First after weeks of waiting for toilets to be replaced, these new managers make agreements to replace toilets by a certain date and break these committments. When confronted they made a new arrangement that they didn't follow through on! When confronted again The female manager got defensive and turned it around on me! Hey lady, I didn't make two promises and than break them! And who is paying who here'

Don't even think this level of reasoning will change them. They are old and set in their ways.

Since they took over the grounds have gone from well kept to well kept in areas that only a new tenant would care about!

The male manager is just as bad. He will not say a word to you when he walks by, knowing full well you just said hi. You are dirt to him.

Please try and get past the charm of this place and ask management some serious questions before signing a lease. Management may change again so be fair.
