My say

I have lived here for 6 months. It's a beautiful place though the sunshine is gone from the pool after 1:30 on a sunny day. That's not uncommon for some of the complexes built around this area. The walls are thin. I am sure purchasing a second level unit is a mistake when it's under a family of 3 living in a 1 bedroom unit above me. I don't get much peace and it can be very frustrating. Be sure to learn who you will live below before moving into the unit whether you buy or rent.

Good things are the decks being very spacious and kind of set up to have your own privacy. Parking is great and guest spots are pretty normal.

The thin walls are all one needs to pay attention too.

The maintenence man is awesome. He does a very good job!!! He's always there if you need him.

The association seems to have nice people and some of them have lived here for a very very long time (over 20 years!!!).....another good sign!

Overall, it's a pretty convienient location and things seem to get done around here when it comes to fixing what needs to be fixed before it cost more to fix it later. Also, there are not a bunch of bugs or bees around the complex. Dogs live here on the premises but I never hear barking and the tenants are very clean when it comes to scooping the poop...you will NEVER find a pile!!!

The hill coming down into the complex seems scarey and the first thing a person wonders is, "How will I get up this in the winter'" You will...the speed bumps are huge so you won't slide down and I know there has to be lots of sand on the ice....YOU WILL GET TO WORK!!!

I have lived in a few downtown Bellevue condos and some of the maintenance at other places were put off doing for so long that owners could not afford the thousands of dollars of surprise assessments. That's when they have to raise a tenants rent or if they live in their own unit, they have to sell......

I wasn't happy to see an assessment due within my 6 months, however, it was very minor compared to other complexes in the area....One must expect to have an assessment sometime during their ownership in a condo complex...most of the time....unless they are really lucky!!!

It's only the thumps and bumps above me and music below me that bother me at times. Some people are able to tune it out but when my clock falls off the wall from a child upstairs running and jumping, that's when I question what I can and can't tune out!
