I have lived here for two years and have not had any mold problems. As with any damp or humid environment, mold can be a problem, whether you live in an apartment or a house. However, I keep my apartment clean, ventilated, and uncluttered and have had no problems. I, too, have health problems, but would never presume to blame the apartment complex for any slobliness or ineptness which I may exhibit.
This complex is one of the best that I have lived in. The office and maintenance staff have always been courteous, prompt, and professional.
