My husband and I occupied 2 apartments in the 3 years we lived at Sammamish View, and we can't say enough positive things about our experience.


The staff is fantastic. We have found them to be friendly, responsive, and accessible. The apartments themselves are well-constructed. We rarely hear our neighbors, some of whom have had children. The apartments have all of the ammentities we were looking for, including some we weren't. When we decided that we needed more space and more natural shade, Megan found us the perfect apartment immediately, and worked with us on all the details to make sure it was as effortless on our part as possible.

Reading through the other reviews, I see that a complaint about mold was made. I find this surprising. If any apartment was prone to mold (given location/shade/lack of direct sunlight), it would have been ours. Not only did we never see a speck of it, we were pre-emptively given advice on how to keep one?s apartment mold-free and what to do should it appear. Which was really just common sense, given that we live in the damp Pacific North West. Every time I have had any maintenance concern, it was resolved with in 24 hours, and occasionally with in 1-2 hours (On a Sunday, no less!).

Here's our short list of why we loved living here:

1. Superlative Staff

2. Apartments are great value

3. Layouts are spacious

4. Buildings are steadily and consistently maintained/updated (fresh paint, etc.)

5. Complex feels remote, but isnt

6. Parking is adequate and easy

7. Location is extremely accessible from I-90

8. Secure, safe, well-lit

9. Beautiful, well-maintained landscaping

We're sad to be leaving, but an out-of-state move was in the cards for us. Otherwise, we would have stayed at Sammamish View until we were ready to buy a house, without a doubt.
